This improves the quality of the edible oil, extend the oil life cycle and reduces the production cost. Our machine is made of sanitary grade stainless steel 304 design, in line with food machinery related industrial standards, advance and compact design.

1.Imported stainless steel high temperature resistant oil pump, air-cooled to reduce temperature, reduce failure rate, frequency conversion control.

2.For high-temperature oil, it is filtered using imported sanitary non-woven fabrics. The filtration density is 1um. Make fried product to dry and reduce oil loss.

3.The whole machine can work with supporting equipment form a closed circuit, with a short filtering period.It can ensure the oil temperature  reduce by less than 5-10 degrees.

4.Siemens control system PLC fully automatic control, saving labor, automatic alarm, safe and reliable.

5.Relevant cylinders, air springs and other components are non-standard customized. Those are all higher than safety standard.

6.The gas source pressure is 0.6MPa, the pipeline pressure is less than or equal to 0.2MPa. Overall design is higher than the equipment requirement standard
